Waited 10 minutes in drive through only for them to tell me they just gave the last one to a customer. Really, are you kidding me. This was after I paid for it. Talk about pissed off. They could have offered to make one. How long can it possibly take to make a vanilla yogurt. Will go to a different one on my route to work. Thank God there are 2 more on my way!!!!

I've been going to Tim Hortons for over 4yrs and my order is correct every time in a timely manner.

Normally I don't many reviews but I couldn't pass up the opportunity for the Mgmt. to review food prep and standards. While the staff was very nice (hence 2 stars as they normally are) this is what I received as appropriate to eat. I didn't notice the burnt bacon until I got home - this is beyond messing up my order, it says you don't care!

Had a bad experience here a few months ago so I haven't stopped back. Was driving past this morning and wanted a quick breakfast at 5:30. My bagel with cream cheese came back with nothing more than a scrape; that is to say it was scraped on and then scraped off. After nearly choking to death while driving I stopped back and talked to the manager who got in at 6. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a manager who jokingly throws his co-worker under the bus. No " I'm sorry that it came out this way" but instead " yeah that's what happens when you come before 6 o'clock "

This place is unique. Take this advice from a regular Tim Hortons lover. I've visited many across ANY, and this one always is my favorite.
At most Tim Hortons's, customers are only numbers. You walk in, get your stuff, get out.
At this location, you WILL experience good service, especially if you are a regular customer. There are times I walk in through the door, the sandwich guy sees me, and has my bagel ready before I even reach the counter to take my order. These wonderful people actually have conversations. They are friendly, FAST! For most places, you either sacrifice quality for speed, or speed for quality. Tim Horton on Union by Loss on literally has both. I have never had a bad brew since I've been a customer here, and when there are minor mistakes, they are quick to fix it right away. Good job to all of you!

Best coffee in the Town. And this is the place, where I brainstorm myself, create a plan and strategy for my personal growth. Love being here anytime!! Love my black coffee with timbits :)
