Best bagels in the city, period. Brooklyn Bagel a few blocks away is an Astoria yuppie-hipster infested fraud compared to this place. Have had this place around the corner from me for two years now, and didn't have a weekend where I didn't get a bagel or breakfast sandwich. During the weekdays I'd get a bagel multiple times a week on the way to the train. They're THAT good. The guys working there remember your order and will always be quick and efficient if you're in a hurry. Huge selection of spreads and muffins. 5/5 every time.

Great service, solid bagels. Beside that, they do a great lentil soup. Honestly not sure if anyone knows, but it's legit and worth your time. Brooklyn bagel is fine if you like fancy cream cheeses, but if not, this place will get you in and out quicker and with a smile.

I was less than impressed with Toast & Roast Bagels And Coffee. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 32-07 Broadway, Astoria, NY 11106, USA location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
