I was excited to try Ugly Duck Coffee, but it fell short of my expectations. The coffee lacked depth of flavor, and the prices were higher than justified. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I had a terrible experience at Ugly Duck Coffee. The coffee at 89 Charlotte St, Rochester, New York 14604 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Ugly Duck Coffee managed to disappoint on multiple levels.

The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre.
