I had a disappointing experience at Ugly Duck Coffee. The coffee was lukewarm, and the staff seemed disinterested in serving customers at the 89 Charlotte St, Rochester, New York 14604 location. I won't be returning.

So, I dropped by Ugly Duck Coffee in 89 Charlotte St, Rochester, New York 14604, and their iced Americano was on point. It was like a wake-up call in a cup. The café had a cozy feel with couches and vintage coffee posters. Great place to kick back and caffeinate.

I stumbled upon Ugly Duck Coffee during a neighborhood walk, and it was a delightful find. The espresso was bold and invigorating, and the modern design created a chic atmosphere. I'll be back for sure.
