coffee/tea and service was great, it's just kinda run down and dumpy in so many easily fixable ways. nothing major, but so much of a coffee shop is atmosphere and vibe and this really detracts from that. I'd still go back, though. Wi-Fi works great.

The best coffee in the world!! The personnel was awesome and fantastic scones. I'd totally go back!!!!!

I love the atmosphere. It's a great coffee shop environment, and very spacious. My problem is the espresso. It's very biting and sour in the front, and weak in the back. I would rate the body as acceptable, but not great, and the aroma left something to be desired. That said, it's a great place to go alone or with a group, and the exposed brick is beautiful.

An unpretentious, but attractive place with great coffee & tea
& a relaxed/friendly atmosphere.
The prices are based in reality as well, whereas some other
local shops are a little full of themselves.
Love this place.

Far and away the best espresso in Kingston. Also the best breakfast sandwiches (I love the Uptown Funk with bacon and avocado). Staff is great. Ambiance is low key and casual and friendly (just what you want in a good coffee house). For espresso I put this place in the top five between Westchester and Albany.

Uptown Coffee at 288 Wall St, Kingston, NY 12401, USA has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded. The saving grace was the friendly staff who were quick to offer a replacement. I hope it was just an off day for them.,Uptown Coffee,288 Wall St, Kingston, NY 12401, USA
