I had a terrible experience at Venom Cafe. The coffee at 24609 Jericho Turnpike, New York, NY 11426 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Venom Cafe managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
