went to the store to buy some lunch and was needing to use the restroom before purchasing. They did not have a customer restroom as per the "manager" who was very uncooperative, would not make eye contact and would not give any information as who I would complain about not having a restroom.

Guy's a douche bag at the front telling everybody to leave their bags, I understand that's for students but I'm a grown ass man who does not steal! definitely lost my business!

The older man working Saturday mornings, and the younger overnight manager are the RUDEST most vile customer service employees ive ever experienced! I've been coming to this store for 10+ years, will NEVER GO BACK NOW! I asked for max amount of cash back per transaction and was told it was $10. So I tried to split my purchase into 2 separate transactions. I was then rudly told that the max I could get PERIOD was $10. I asked the older man behind the counter. Why was this? I have 2 separate transactions and apologized if I wasn't making myself clear on what my plan was. He then raise his voice at me and told me again that I was only getting $10 back PERIOD. I asked to speak to his boss (which was sitting right next to him witnessing the whole interaction) when he pointed out his boss I asked the boss if he understood what I was trying to do. The bosses answer?? "What did he just tell you "(pointing to the older man). I then asked if he saw the way he was speaking to me THE CUSTOMER. The manager then told me "well he already told you the answer and you didn't listen" I then asked for the managers name and who his boss was and he told me "you can get my name outside after this" as if the threaten me!? I asked him if he was serious??? 2 reasons, 1 because honestly if he wanted to take me outside I would have wiped the floor with him, and 2 because I couldn't believe how I THE CUSTOMER was being treated. So I asked again for his name.... and then I was told that I needed to leave.. wouldn't even provide me with either of their names or their store number!

This 7-Eleven is by far one of the best locations I have been to along with the 7-Eleven on S Lamar and Manchaca and the one on 2222 and Burnet! They always have a variety of items to choose from and have great customer service! Definately recommend this location to anyone whose looking for some good ole' quality convenience!

I have tattooed a couple of people that have worked here and I don't always get the employee discount ..but I DO MOST OF THE TIME ...AWESOME ....

7-Eleven is a coffee lover's paradise! The latte art is a sight to behold, and the skilled baristas at the 1747 E Oltorf St, Austin, TX 78741, USA location are true coffee artists. I can't resist their caramel macchiato.

The coffee at 7-Eleven was heavenly! The baristas really understand their craft, and the 1747 E Oltorf St, Austin, TX 78741, USA location had a charming, rustic vibe that I fell in love with. I can't wait to return.
