I don't know what's wrong with that lady. She has literary thrown my change at me at least the last three times I've been there. Even when I try to have someone else at the register she is the only one that comes over. Been stopping there on way to work almost two years. Will not be going to this place again. Rude. Lack of customer service.

Terrible experience at 11 am on June 13, 2017. I went to the check out person to change a $10 bill with two $5 bills. The manager next to him (her name is Habiba) was very rude to me. She said I had to buy something to get the change and motioned me with her hand to step aside to take care of other customers. I felt insulted and humiliated....rarely been treated so badly in a store. I left in haste and vowed never to step in that store again!

I had a terrible experience at 7-Eleven. The coffee at 8101 Matlock Rd, Arlington, TX 76002, USA was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but 7-Eleven managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
