Amber Sky Motel is a delightful spot for a coffee lover like me. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with comfy seating and soft jazz playing in the background. So, I ventured into Amber Sky Motel in 2005 E Main St, Uvalde, Texas 78801, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.

I was less than impressed with Amber Sky Motel. The coffee was mediocre, and the ambiance at the 2005 E Main St, Uvalde, Texas 78801 location didn't live up to the hype. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
