So, I stumbled upon Amsterdam Company in 807 W 19th St, Houston, Texas 77008, United States, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
