Great place to watch a movie and grab a bite around in the plaza. Movie options are always good with some independent and some popular. Big plus they sale adult beverages
I do love the Angelika, and I come frequently to both this and the Plano locations due to the specialty screenings and the showings of movies with limited releases that I can usually count on being here.
I do have a complaint though that sometimes makes me not want to visit here again, and that is the fact that every movie I see here, there are always people coming into the theater up to 30 minutes into the movie, which including previews would be about 45 minutes past the start time of the movie. Tickets should not be sold or honored when it's been that long since the movie began, I absolutely hate having to deal with someone walking in every five minutes, fumbling around looking for a seat, sometimes using their phone's flashlight to do so, etc etc. It's very distracting and I've considered walking out before because of it. I wish the Angelika would adopt the policies of the Alamo Drafthouse and simply not let people walk in late at all.
Great theater for new independent films and classics alike. Comfortable spacious seating, great sound, and good people. Serves upscale food options and alcoholic beverages.
Love this place but highly disappointed that the Alfred Hitchcock Oct outdoor movie is now moved inside. Won't be participating in that anymore. Kinda sucks the fun out of it
Great place for drinks! The staff is great & The seats are amazing! New favorite movie spot!
This is my favorite theater in Dallas. It has the best armosphere a trendy theater can give, with the accent of Mockingbird Station's own unique style surrounding it. It may not be a luxury theater, but it's independent feel encompasses the independent movies it shows. Sometimes, it is ge only theater in Dallas that shows certain art house movies. I would highly recommend it to any art house movie lovers, but they probably already know about it.
Great theater with friendly staff, great selection of movies, everything from big blockbusters to small independent films, to reruns and marathons of classic movies and movie series. The only downside, that is easily forgiven, is that the building is aging significantly, but besides that, the best theater in Dallas.
This place is good. The food is good, the employees are great in there, but the prices is alright. I mean the food is a little bit expensive in there. I give y'all 4 stars in this movie theater. Good but the prices is a little expensive.
Gorgeous, chic and classy place to catch an indie or artistic film before dinner or drinks nearby. Prices are what you would expect from a movie theatre, concessions are good but at typical theatre prices. Staff was very friendly and seating was comfortable. Café served perfect coffee and appetizers. All in all, a very good place to lose yourself in film for a few hours.
Had a great time, tickets weren't too expensive, concessions were pricey per usual for theatres and the movies started exactly as stated, also has many indie movies available
