False advertising on grab and go sandwich. Napa chicken avocado wrap was mostly lettuce and cucumber, a few bites of chicken and not a speck of avocado...
Only reason for 2nd star is that it was quick checkout and I had no time.
Food was great, but they charged me, refunded me, and then charged me under a different name. Not sure I would trust their billing system, and I ended up having to call my bank in order to sort it out.
Avoid at all cost! Absolutely the worst service with no less than 7 people behind the counter in complete disarray! "0" stars is unfortunately not an option. Bland horrible food... They "ran out" of mozzarella and basically shut down!
Great food and drinks
Very polite and helpful workers.
I am very impressed
A refreshing airport option. Healthy choices, sandwiches made to order, fresh baking, and reasonable prices. Room to sit if you have time or grab and go. It's also right next to the Skylink to hop in & out on a connection. Staff was all very friendly too.
Au Bon Pain at Airport Assistance Center Inc, Terminal B, Gate 28, DFW Airport, TX 75261, USA is my sanctuary. The espresso is rich and bold, just the way I like it. I could spend hours here reading a book.

Nestled in Airport Assistance Center Inc, Terminal B, Gate 28, DFW Airport, TX 75261, USA, this coffee shop offers a unique blend of flavors and an inviting atmosphere. The iced mocha I ordered was a delightful combination of chocolate and espresso, and the latte art was a visual masterpiece. The café's cozy seating and friendly service create a warm and welcoming environment that's perfect for savoring a great cup of coffee. It's a spot I'll be revisiting with enthusiasm.
I had a disappointing experience at Au Bon Pain. The coffee was cold, and the service was unfriendly. I won't be returning to the Airport Assistance Center Inc, Terminal B, Gate 28, DFW Airport, TX 75261, USA location.
My visit to Au Bon Pain was a rollercoaster of emotions. The mocha I ordered was great, but the barista forgot my friend's order. Oops! They made it up with some free pastries, though. So, mixed feelings but willing to give it another shot.
Au Bon Pain is a coffee lover's paradise. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with the rich scent of freshly ground beans. Their specialty brews are a true delight, and the friendly baristas make sure you have the best experience. Yes, it's a bit on the pricey side, but the quality is worth every penny.
