False advertising on grab and go sandwich. Napa chicken avocado wrap was mostly lettuce and cucumber, a few bites of chicken and not a speck of avocado...
Only reason for 2nd star is that it was quick checkout and I had no time.
Food was great, but they charged me, refunded me, and then charged me under a different name. Not sure I would trust their billing system, and I ended up having to call my bank in order to sort it out.
Avoid at all cost! Absolutely the worst service with no less than 7 people behind the counter in complete disarray! "0" stars is unfortunately not an option. Bland horrible food... They "ran out" of mozzarella and basically shut down!
Great food and drinks
Very polite and helpful workers.
I am very impressed
A refreshing airport option. Healthy choices, sandwiches made to order, fresh baking, and reasonable prices. Room to sit if you have time or grab and go. It's also right next to the Skylink to hop in & out on a connection. Staff was all very friendly too.
I had high hopes for Au Bon Pain, but it fell short of expectations. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow at the Airport Assistance Center Inc, Terminal B, Gate 28, DFW Airport, TX 75261, USA location. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

Situated in the heart of Airport Assistance Center Inc, Terminal B, Gate 28, DFW Airport, TX 75261, USA, this coffee shop offers a unique and inviting coffee experience. The mocha I ordered was a perfect blend of rich chocolate and bold espresso, and the latte art was a visual treat. It's a hidden gem that deserves more recognition.

Au Bon Pain is the epitome of a great coffee experience. The beans are sourced with care, and their specialty lattes are works of art. It's my happy place.
I stumbled upon Au Bon Pain during a leisurely stroll, and it was a pleasant surprise. The cappuccino was smooth and rich, and the minimalist design created a modern and inviting atmosphere. I'll be returning soon.
