There was a long line. I patiently waited. Then this worker, Christina, went to another cashier and called out other customers behind me. I didn't understand why. I stepped forward why she did that - went back and forth with 2 registers and why did not tell me to go over there. I told her that was disrespectful especially that I'm deaf, she laughed. That when I got more upset. Then she said the totmate sauce ran out for pepperoni pretzel. I decided not to order it anymore. I didn't appreciate her attitude and chuckles. I asked for a manager that when she they r here today with attitude. And she does not know what is The phone # to complaint or speak with the manager. That when I had to search info to complain about this worker.

Cashier didn't give my change. A pretzel dropped on the floor in front of her at the counter; told me had to buy a new one.

The cashier didn't give us our lemonade proceeded to charge me 2.91 for a small lemonade so my friend could have what they paid for and threaten to call security because we became slightly aggravated that they wouldn't give him a drink, uncharged us and threatened us to call security.

There is always a line here, but it is that good. The employees are a little high strung for working at a pretzel stand and could use more of a smile. Other than that the food is outstanding.

The coffee at Auntie Anne'S Pretzels was a revelation! I couldn't get enough of their specialty brews, and the 2901 S Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746, USA location had a charming, rustic vibe. I'll be coming back for more.

I was unimpressed by Auntie Anne'S Pretzels. The coffee was nothing special, and the ambiance was lackluster. I won't be recommending the 2901 S Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746, USA location to anyone.
