There was a long line. I patiently waited. Then this worker, Christina, went to another cashier and called out other customers behind me. I didn't understand why. I stepped forward why she did that - went back and forth with 2 registers and why did not tell me to go over there. I told her that was disrespectful especially that I'm deaf, she laughed. That when I got more upset. Then she said the totmate sauce ran out for pepperoni pretzel. I decided not to order it anymore. I didn't appreciate her attitude and chuckles. I asked for a manager that when she they r here today with attitude. And she does not know what is The phone # to complaint or speak with the manager. That when I had to search info to complain about this worker.

Cashier didn't give my change. A pretzel dropped on the floor in front of her at the counter; told me had to buy a new one.

The cashier didn't give us our lemonade proceeded to charge me 2.91 for a small lemonade so my friend could have what they paid for and threaten to call security because we became slightly aggravated that they wouldn't give him a drink, uncharged us and threatened us to call security.

There is always a line here, but it is that good. The employees are a little high strung for working at a pretzel stand and could use more of a smile. Other than that the food is outstanding.

My visit to Auntie Anne'S Pretzels was a delightful surprise. Situated in the heart of 2901 S Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746, USA, this coffee shop exceeded my expectations. The mocha I ordered was a perfect blend of chocolate and espresso, and the latte art was a work of art. The café's minimalist décor and comfortable seating created a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both work and leisure. It's a coffee spot that deserves more recognition.

I couldn't have asked for a better coffee experience than Auntie Anne'S Pretzels. The latte was smooth and creamy, and the friendly barista made me feel right at home. It's my new coffee hideaway.

I had an unfortunate experience at Auntie Anne'S Pretzels. The service was slow, and my latte was lukewarm. It didn't meet my expectations.

Auntie Anne'S Pretzels has the best pour-over in town. The attention to detail in brewing is remarkable. The friendly staff's recommendations always hit the mark.
