God I love the products from here. So delicious. The service is terrible, and they don't like when you ask for fresh ones. But other than that, yummy

Customer service is horrible. No one smiles. Asked for a fresh almond pretzel because it was burnt and dry. Instead of being somewhat friendly cashier acts like she has no idea what to do and rolls her eyes in the process. Always had good experience couple times come, highly doubt going back.

Okay, so I ventured into Auntie Anne'S Pretzels on a whim, and boy, was I pleasantly surprised! The iced Americano was strong, just the way I like it. The décor was simple but had this rustic charm that I couldn't resist. Will definitely become a regular here!
