God I love the products from here. So delicious. The service is terrible, and they don't like when you ask for fresh ones. But other than that, yummy

Customer service is horrible. No one smiles. Asked for a fresh almond pretzel because it was burnt and dry. Instead of being somewhat friendly cashier acts like she has no idea what to do and rolls her eyes in the process. Always had good experience couple times come, highly doubt going back.

Auntie Anne'S Pretzels at 2201 S Interstate 35 E p, Denton, TX 76205, USA has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
