I had a terrible experience at Biggby Coffee. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 945 W Stacy Rd, Allen, Texas 75013 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be giving it another chance.

The service at Biggby Coffee was excellent, but the coffee at 945 W Stacy Rd, Allen, Texas 75013 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Biggby Coffee, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.

I don't understand the hype around Biggby Coffee. The coffee was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was slow, and I felt like I was forgotten in the corner of the 945 W Stacy Rd, Allen, Texas 75013 location.

Biggby Coffee on 945 W Stacy Rd, Allen, Texas 75013 was a quaint little spot with a lot of character. The coffee was good, not great, but the homemade muffins were divine. The place had a cozy, lived-in feel that made me want to sit and read for hours. The staff were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed with the orders.
