Home of the grumpy barista is an understatement. His picture belongs next to the definition of rude in the dictionary! Oh, and the wife makes him look nice. Beware!!!
Barista was a nice guy, my cappuccino was decent. Would visit again
Very good coffee with great flavor... & I made the grumpy Barista smile😉... he's not so grumpy actually very friendly... Lots to look at in his stop too... Thank u! Yum!!
Great Coffee great service. Small selection of delicious pastries. I had to cranberry scone and it was delicious.
Coffee with attitude. This is probably the best coffee shop I've visited yet. The coffee is not only excellent, but the service is genuine in every sense of the word. No fluff here. If you're looking for a warm and fuzzy feeling, don't come here. However, the service is great just the same. The coffee: bold, robust, and full of flavor; you might even call it "kick @$$".
Great cup of coffee and good conversation with the owner/barista. I highly recommend it.
Nice little coffee shop and the batista was not so grumpy. I would have to say he was quite pleasant.
The coffee was a little to bitter for my own taste. The Barista and owner is a grumpy man as advertised
Best coffee and scones in town. Great Hill Country gifts and jewelry.
Quiet when we got there. Good coffee had the cappuccino and espresso. Barista was quick and friendly.
Great coffee and nice people plus lots to look at
Fabulous espresso... Lady in the shop next door was rude though
Cool whimsical Texana!
We stumbled on the quaint store and was asking questions about other shops and the owner was RUDE on her response about local businesses. Even went as far as to say the lady down the street "gypsy lady" was nothing more than a junk store... I didnt spend any money at black spur but enjoyed spending time at the Gypsy Lady store, wasn't a junk store at all but an artistic treasure that had great smoothies from the Fresco Cafe... Will not ever return to Black Spur unless it changes owners
