Good food and super fast service.. The burritos are huge and are at a decent price. Restaurant and staff are very clean( a big plus). I highly recommend this place, I am actually surprised that it wasn't packed..

El Paso is my home town and Bonny's was a go to place for me. But I had to move to dallas for business. I can into town to see my mom. And I had to come to Bonny's!! Burritos are the best. 5 stars for sure.

Came to visit family for Thanksgiving. We were going to Carlsbad Caverns and my parents brought is to Bonnie's for barbacoa burritos. Boy were we surprised when they brought out the burritos. They are HUGE & delicious. Love this place.

Good burrito....the aquas suck though. They make you pay for chips and salsa. Which I thought was retarded. Probably wouldn't go back. It's a one time spot.

Charged us extra for adding lettuce and tomatoes to my son's burger, and charge for drink refills.That's just ridiculous!! Rude ass waitress too!

I'd been to the old one before a long time ago and we loved it. Our favorite was Chile relleno with beans burrito which is what I ordered rhis time. I had to open the burrito and kinda pick at it because I took two bites of the burrito and it was soooo spicy that I couldn't even enjoy it. My hubby and I love Chile relleno burrito but this was much to hot and other than that it really didn't have any taste, very very little beans and very little cheese in the Chile relleno. Sadly very disappointed because I was really looking forward to it. My daughters meat burrito didn't even have beans like we had ordered but I didn't bother to say anything anymore. The lemonade did not have any taste at all, we had to add a little sugar from the table and yes, lots of tortilla which I ended up taking most of it off. We gotta go try the other one on the gateway. maybe that one will be good the way I remember it used to be.

WAY OVERRATED! I just visited here for the 1st time in a long time, years to be exact. The food was horrible. The food was bland and cold. There was no heat in the "spicy food." It was dry and the toast was cold and flimsy. The tea was so watered down it was like water. Yuk! I was so annoyed having to stand up and order every time I needed something. For some odd reason, they don't allow their servers to place orders. It was some of the worst food I have ever had! Never going back again! Don't waste your time or money! What a shame! �

The food was horrible my husband and i got sick plus the cashier she was giving us attittude and then we ask her something in spanish and she never want to reply in spanish but minutes later she was having a conversation with the waitress in spanish.. I hate it specially the service we don't pay to be disrespectful

So we came to stop for lunch since we haven't eaten in a while here and the blonde lady w/ extreme makeup taking our order was on her phone speaking to someone through her headphones, pretty much ignoring us. As I was giving her our order she was still speaking to the other person on the phone and then she decided to mess up an order of red enchiladas and puts scrambled eggs on top. Not only did they mess it up but it took 20 min for them to get us our incorrect order of enchiladas. I told her they were all for dine in and she still had them pack them up in to go boxes. Not once did they come around for refills. Attitudes left and right. Horrible horrible. I think the staff needs some serious readjustments and attitude changes. Some shitty customer service when there's only 2 customers sitting down eating.



When we were getting ready to leave we sent up my sister for a box and the lady same blonde w/ insane makeup was extremely pissy rude and said what for... how about you get the damn box and get off your phone !!! ���� NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE.

So I ordered an egg burrito with bacon and potatos and NO BEANS. What do I get? An egg burrito WITH BEANS-NO BACON OR POTATOS. You should be ashamed providing this type of service to people paying with their hard-earned money and get this crap instead. Never again Bonny's!!!

Order #1 Mexican plate: Rice was not well cooked, chile relleno was greasy (had to take breading/egg off), beans over cooked again and again, grounds in the tea-returned it for a Dr Pepper, tomatoes on salad were ripe; soupy tomatoe based salsa with way too much cilantro

Order #2 barbeque brisket burrito was huge & my husband ended up not eating the tortilla because it was too thick and flour taste. Brisket as too salty.

We are so disappointed as 1st timers here and do not plan to return. No wonder they are trying to hire a new cook and waitress.

It says its permanently closed and it isn't. But because of the worst nastiest customer service they have it should be. You do not take someone's plate away when they're already eating it and decide to tell them it was the wrong order. Not only that, the server had the urge to blame us except herself for the nasty way she was acting. Food was by far the worst. No flavor at all. Pancakes were hard. So so bad. And we asked for our money back and manager refused to give it to us. She even sat at a table with some guy. I really hope this restaurant closes ASAP.

I absolutely love the food but it’s sad when SEVERAL times I’ve come and the girl with blondish hair at the register acts like she doesn’t want to help anyone. She doesn’t greet you or thank you after you order. I’m here now and instead of helping us when we were clearly in line she has her makeup laid out across the table and on her phone. I’ve always worked in the food industry so I know how to treat customers. And she is horrible for the business. I’ve met the man who I believe is the manager and he is the nicest man and very welcoming. But when he’s not there I hope he becomes aware of how his workers are.

Horrible experience, do they even cook their food? Got a milanesa burrito and the cheese was not even melted. Also got some old meat on it like if they served leftovers. Never ever coming to any of their locations again. NEVER!!
