We spend hours hand making our pasta every day so you can enjoy delicious dishes like this Agnolotti that we fill with @brasstownbeef short rib, braising vegetables, ricotta cheese and then pair it with a light and tasty butter sauce, baby carrots from @finch_creek_farm and fresh herbs. This light and juicy Gamay from Le Caveau Savoyard is from Savoie in the foothills of the French Alps where it’s run by the seventh generation of the Perrier family. The grapes are hand harvested from 50 year old vines so you know you’re getting something great. With fresh cherries, bright red fruits, and a dose of Alpine minerality, it’s one of the easiest reds to drink 🍷

@chefandrewc hails from Vidalia, Georgia where every Spring and Summer, onion season is a little bit sweeter. You could definitely say Andrew’s hometown inspired him to bring on this new and slightly familiar starter to the menu. If you loved the Brussel Sprouts, you’ll love the Vidalia Onions too! Flash fried and tossed with pancetta and agrodolce, and then served on some whipped ricotta cheese. Come by and try it for yourself 🍽

Chef Andrew drew the inspiration for our newest dish from his childhood memories and is a little nod to his father’s love of oysters. We are so excited to share the Oyster Toast with you! Gulf oysters smoked over white oak then marinaded with a little bit of olive oil, shallots, oregano, orange zest, a bit of balsamic vinegar, and just a few calabrian chilis for a tiny kick. It’s served on butter toasted sourdough and finished with some fresh lemon and smoked sea salt 🤤
