I wasn't a big fan of bubble tea until i went to Bubbleology. Service was amazing, and the bubble tea was to die for. The staff was very friendly aswell. definitely will be back. Thank you making me love Bubble Tea.

It used to be good but now taste more like water and i don't even have ice with my bubble milk tea. whenever i order,even though i was the only one customer,it took them forever to make it cause they were just talking to each other, i have to wait at least 15 mnt. now i stop going over there and go back to get my bubble milk tea to Asian's bubble store in Bufford hgwy. Tastier,faster and cheaper.

I went up to the counter to order at 8:35pm. The employee said "sorry we are closed". According to the posted hours, it is supposed to close at 9pm. All the employees were washing dishes and cleaning up probably to get out of there by 9pm. If it says it closes at 9pm, that doesn't mean employees get to close up shop early. Pretty unfriendly staff too. Yeah bubble tea is good-- I would give 5 stars but not if you can't buy any!

The café had this cozy, rustic charm with wooden tables and comfy chairs. It's the kind of place you could spend hours in.

I had a terrible experience at Bubbleology Usa. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the Kl12, Lenox Square Mall, 3393 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, Georgia 30326 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be giving it another chance.

I stopped by Bubbleology Usa for a quick coffee, but the long lines and chaotic atmosphere were off-putting. It's not the ideal spot for a rushed morning caffeine fix.
