We have been attending David's auctons for years! They are always fun and David, Shirley and the entire auction family are fantastic people! The auctions are always filled with great items and there is always something for everyone! I have been a buyer at many auctions as well as a seller. They do a top notch job and I am always pleased with the results as a buyer and seller. They are honest, fair and very kind hearted and take care of each and every patron! Keep up the great job! Thanks for being the great couple you are!
The first time you enter you are a friend. By the time you leave you are part of the family! Sure, the food is delicious, the facility is great (but bring a jacket, the auctioneer is a bit warm-blooded (: ), the best thing about this auction is the fun you will have! You don't have to win a bid to be smiling when you leave.
One of my favorite places to be. It’s a family run business and you’re treated like family when you walk in the door. It’s a great atmosphere to be in. If you’re around the area on auction day make sure you take the time to stop by!
On behalf of the Orr family, we would like to thank you guys for everything you did for Charles Orr! Your huge hearts and generosity to others is a rarity these days and we want to make sure you all know how much we appreciate everything you've done for our family. Thank you to each and every one of the staff for making this tough time a little easier.
My best friend from school and her husband is the auctioneer . Please go see this place they have great things to sell really nice antiques I love the most, I would sure be broke if I did not live in Missouri a little far away . They love people and they make sure everyone is having a good time and are comfortable , they also have a little eatery called BID UM UP I hope that is spelled correctly. homemade pies and many other refreshments.
Many thanks for everything you did for us. When our mother passed away it was hard to know how best to dispose of many things in her house and barn. A friend of a friend had mentioned David Barber Auctions and highly recommended them. After calling and speaking with David, Shirley called and made an appointment with us. So glad we did !
Since that time, we have recommended to several people how very pleased we were. They did exactly what they said they would do.
Now we are wanting to go to the auction for a fun saturday evening.

I love this place, I'm always excited when there is an auction, David and staff treat you as one of the family, they always have great stuff. Everyone should come check it out once you come you'll be back.
I have been to a lot of auctions all around- I have never meet a more kind and welcoming group than here?! My car was full of unique finds at good prices when I left, and my heart was full. The peach cobbler (AND strawberry cake) alone would bring me back ! The community attitude here is worth more than five stars!!
Have been going here for years. Air conditioned in summer heated in winter. Lots of things to look at and buy. Great finds and plenty of bargains.
As they say show up once you are a visitor show up twice you are family.
Great honest christian atmosphere what is left to say.
