We would like to give a shout out to Karen & Rodney Sanders @ Caddo Cove Marina here on Lake Quitman. It has been so nice this past year to have a local eatery right here on our lake that serves scrumptious meals. We enjoyed lunch here today (wonderful hamburgers), and Karen shared with us some of her ideas for events that she wishes to bring to Lake Quitman...of course the next event will be the chili cook off this coming Saturday. Hope to see you all there! Becky & Bob Hibbard - Lake Quitman.
I had an incredible time at Caddo Cove! The iced latte was the perfect pick-me-up, and the quirky decor added to the charm.
The coffee at Caddo Cove was just meh. It didn't have the boldness I crave in my morning brew. I won't be returning.
Caddo Cove is my sanctuary. The moment I walk in, the world fades away, and all that matters is the perfect cup of coffee in my hand. The baristas are like coffee wizards, and I'm their loyal apprentice.
Caddo Cove is a coffee enthusiast's haven. The Ethiopian pour-over I had was a revelation, and the staff's expertise was evident. It's my go-to spot for coffee exploration.
I had high hopes for Caddo Cove, but my visit left much to be desired. The coffee was lukewarm, and the service was slow. It took ages to get my order, and when I finally did, it was disappointing. The lackluster brew and disinterested staff made for a forgettable experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.
I visited Caddo Cove in 1450 County Road 1416, Quitman, Texas 75783, and it was a mixed bag. The coffee was excellent, but the pastries were disappointing. It's worth a visit for the brews alone.

It was a sensory delight that set the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional coffee experience. I opted for their house blend, and I was blown away by the depth of flavor. The coffee had a perfect balance of brightness and richness, and it left a lingering, pleasant aftertaste. It was evident that the beans were sourced with care, and the barista's skill in brewing them was undeniable. The ambiance at Caddo Cove was equally impressive. The café was bathed in soft, natural light, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely morning coffee or a quiet afternoon of work. The minimalist décor and comfortable seating added to the overall charm. What truly stood out, though, was the friendly and attentive staff. The baristas were not only skilled in their craft but also passionate about coffee. They were more than happy to chat about the different brewing methods, offer recommendations, and even share anecdotes about the origins of the coffee beans. Caddo Cove is more than just a coffee shop; it's an experience. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply in search of a cozy, welcoming spot to enjoy a cup of joe, this place has you covered. It has earned a permanent spot on my list of favorite coffee spots, and I can't wait to return.
