I had high hopes for Café Bustelo, nestled in the heart of 3615 Montrose Boulevard, Houston, TX 77006, but left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre.
