I love Cafe Express and have for years. I've been a regular customer at the Inwood Village location for quite a while, and have noticed an unfortunate dip in customer service. Just today, I waited more than 20 minites for a chicken & pasta pesto salad to go. The order was clearly lost, which is concerning since I believe it was taken by a shift manager, and I wasn't offered a thing for my trouble.

I went today 10/25/2017 to have lunch w/ my wife and she suggested CAFE ESPRESS, I thought it was a good choise. I ordered a simple hamburger and the guys in the kitchen, either don't know how to read or cook. I order it white bread, they gave me wheat bread, the meat was half cold, so as the french fries. I compleined to the head cook and manager and I told them that it was my first time at their restaurant and they want me back for a send "round". If the cook don't know how to read, he does not need to be there. I can make better burgers & fries when I cook them on my family gastherings or during the weekends and I am not a cook.

My husband and I are visiting from out of town. We love Cafe Express and have eaten here 4 times in 4 days. Great food. Greater service. Love the tea selections and the condiment bar. And stevia as a sweetener option tops off our many reasons to like this restaurant.

Absolutely dreadful; it looks like the most amazing cafe in the Dallas metroplex has gone to bad. From the good looking sloppy to rude management and non fresh food. My family and I are truly disappointed .

The food is always good but the price was unbelievable! Way to expensive and what the heck is this new fountain drinks! Won't be visiting again anytime soon.

Love the Roast Beef sandwich and the staff is always friendly.

I like to come here a lot! Good food with great servers
