I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Indigo at 1789 S Eagle Rd, Meridian, Idaho 83642, and it was a delightful experience. The pour-over coffee I ordered was meticulously brewed to perfection, with distinct flavor notes that danced on my palate. The café's chic décor and inviting atmosphere make it a great spot to catch up with friends or spend a quiet afternoon. It's a coffee shop that's quickly become one of my favorites.

Had a chance to pop into Cafe Indigo at 1789 S Eagle Rd, Meridian, Idaho 83642, and it was a solid experience. Ordered their flat white, and it was pretty darn good. The café has a rustic charm with wooden furniture and indie tunes playing in the background. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy your coffee without any fuss.

Cafe Indigo on 1789 S Eagle Rd, Meridian, Idaho 83642 was a quaint little spot with a lot of character. The coffee was good, not great, but the homemade muffins were divine. The place had a cozy, lived-in feel that made me want to sit and read for hours. The staff were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed with the orders.
