So, I ventured into Cafe L'Amour in 7238 Boone Rd, Houston, Texas 77072, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
