So, I ventured into Cassady'S Coffee Bar & Cafe in 22996 Hwy 60, Matagorda, Texas 77457, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
