There food is made with fresh ingredients and the service is excellent! This is a family friendly place with a home town feel. This is where the locals eat!

I love this restaurant! It is a must to stop in when in Salado… Also, they make their own pies (and other desserts - but the pies are my favorite). Normally I pick out what pie I want before i have even decided what I want to eat. It is the perfect way to end the meal!

Loved the Ragin' Cajun Chicken sandwich! Staff is real nice and it's a comfortable place to eat for lunch.

I had high expectations for Cathy'S Boardwalk Cafe, but I left disappointed. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow at the 8 Old Town Rd, Salado, Texas 76571 location. I'm not sure if I'll be giving it another chance.

So, I ventured into Cathy'S Boardwalk Cafe in 8 Old Town Rd, Salado, Texas 76571, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
