C'Est La Vie Bakery Description

C'est La Vie is a small family owned and run bakery and cafe. We make fresh French pastries every morning and offer Independence Coffee. We use organic flour, fresh whole milk and real butter in the production of our pastries and breads. We use only Boars Head meats and Boars Head Imported Cheeses in our Cafe sandwiches and our Tuna Salad is the best in town. Saturday morning is a special treat when we offer fresh sour dough bread, birdseed bread, honey whole wheat, french sandwich loaves, Ciabatta, plain or with fresh rosemary, baguettes, brioche loaves, batards and of course fresh croissants all made only hours before we open our doors at 7am. We hope you will come and visit and give us a chance to make you a C'est La Vie regular!

Walked in for to pick up lunch today and relaxed with some free coffee in this tranquil little cafe. Great cup of coffee, great friendly faces and lunch was delicious (and Im not the biggest fan of sandwiches) .Bread was soft and ingredients couldn't have been fresher. For the prices of fast food and without the regret :))! Definitely will come back

The worst thing about getting c'est la vie to go is having to smell it all the way home. The mixed berry danish was the best I have ever had and much higher quality than any coffee shop.

The Savory danish with tomato and mozzarella on top is heaven!

Stopped by there for the first time today and I am glad I did. Fresh pastries in a nice shop, with some awesome staff. Been living in the Castle Hills area for over a year now and I am kicking myself that I haven't stopped by sooner!

Sandwich was delicious although I would have preferred my bread not toasted. Also shard a wonderful chocolate cheesecake croissant which was to die for💕. Staff was friendly!

I stopped just before closing. I wasn’t hungry for a sandwich though I have heard nothing but very positive things about them. I did buy a Pecan danish and a cinnamon roll, wow, off the hook good. Everyone was super friendly.

I like their almond croissants. Reviews must be at least 50 characters, so, to sum up, I like their almond croissants. I like them a lot. Yes, I do.

C'est La Vie is the perfect spot to enjoy cup of coffee and a spinach and pesto pastry while you get some work done. Light music in the background. Friends chatting in the corner. Delicious pastries baking in the oven. The Internet only cut out once, and all I could think was, c'est la vie!

I had high expectations for C'Est La Vie Bakery, but it didn't live up to the hype. The coffee was mediocre, and the prices were steep. I won't be returning.
