Chapps Hamburger Cafe- Nolan Ryans Place has won my heart with its cozy ambiance and exceptional coffee. The flat white I had was creamy and perfectly balanced, and the latte art was a work of art. The coffee was decent, though nothing to write home about. The staff seemed distracted, which affected the service speed.
