So, I ventured into Chef Pointe Cafe On Wheels in 1220 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, Texas 76104, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
