The service at Chill'S Grill & Bar To Go was excellent, but the coffee at 5004 N Navarro St, Victoria, Texas 77904 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Chill'S Grill & Bar To Go, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.
