So, I stumbled upon Christie'S Coffee in 3304 Essex Dr, Richardson, Texas 75082, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
