We recently celebrated my daughter's baby shower at Cilantro's Mexican Grill at 314 Sawdust Rd on Saturday, April 8, 2017. I need to say THANK YOU to the Manager Nicolas Palacios and the 3 waiters at our party, everyone went above and beyond. They helped us with everything, the service and the food was delicious. All our guest were very pleased with the excellent customer service, they took care of every single detail to help the event come to a wonderful success. If you're looking for a place to celebrate your special occasion, like birthday, baby shower or company party.... this is the place. Thank you Cilantro's Mexican Grill franchise and management,Managers like Nicolas Palacios is a great asset to this company and such a good leader to his team,KUDOS for making our special occasion such great and beautiful success.

This was probably the best mexican food I have ever had. Their chips and salsas (I tried two kinds) were soooo tasty. I do not live in this area but you better believe I'm coming back when I return.

I've been to over 200 mexican restaurants in my day. Between here and pearsal and this is by fair the best food I've ever eating. The staff is amazing quick and helpful. Also there is a amazing cooking staff, food was to die for. Definitely will eat here again and again and again. I ate the fajitas mixed and it was amazing , my date ate chillie rellano and she loved it. Drinks r cheap and total meal was 57 dollars. There is also beautiful women here for single men!:)

I am from LA and obviously, I eat Mexican food all the time! I gotta say though - this place was awesome. Food was delicious and the service great. I had the jalapeño steak and a couple Cilantro Margaritas on the rocks - everything delicious!! My friend ordered a sampler/platter that was absolutely amazing! Whenever I'm back in Houston, I'm coming back to this place!

Husband and I love this place! We have been coming here a long time. Service is always great and the food delicious. We can definitely tell staff members care for their jobs and the hospitality the provide.

**just wish they would go back to the original verde sauce and salsa instead of the new flavor.

Excellent food..ordered a new entree..grilled.chicken breast topped with white cream sauce& spinach..rice & ranchero beans...so delicious..alot of food for the price!...awesome service as well

Cilantros catered my son's wedding this past weekend. They did an amazing job! Nicolas went way out of his way to help us get everything we needed and more! I can't say enough good things about the service they provided! We got more compliments on how wonderful the food was! Nicolas, thanks for all you did to help our special day be even more special! We will definitely be using Cilantro's again!

Came in with my loved beautiful wife after driving around looking for something to eat. I was skeptical as I do not favor mexican food. It turns out that I now have a new favorite plave to eat. there are prices for every one and the portions are very generous. The food is very tasty and the ribs are trully fall of the bone mouth watering wonders.



This place might become my Sunday Spot from now on!!!

great food, love the guacamole. Enchiladas were tasty they don't charge you extra to change your order instead of rice and beans I get a salad.

My only complaint was that one of the sinks only puts it hot water, kind of dangerous when you have children. I'm glad I checked the temp first. Secondly, only one of the 3 rest room stalls was functioning properly. One of the doors didn't lock, the other stall was out of order, and the one we went in was dirty due to the fact that I'm sure that was the only stall people were using. The food was excellent though and I will definitely give them another try!

I absolutely love this place! It's not 5-star cuisine but it's always delicious and VERY family friendly. The waitstaff are great, they have games for kids and even free soft serve ice cream that kids can get themselves. My son is 6 and he loves it!!

Enjoyed mine, fajitas. Wife had corn soup and salad, both only fair. Good service. Some waiters from our long gone favorite, Marco's.

Today I ate at the FM 1960 West location. The food is excellent however the service of waiting for my food and chips and salsa when I first arrived was unacceptable time of waiting. I spoke to the manager on my way out, it was given an apology.

I wasn't impressed with the food or service. We had a large turn out for for a family party, but it took an hour after we ordered to get food. I got a to go order and they forgot about the tortillas. Fajitas with no tortillas. The bartender was the best part of the night

When my Margarita arrives in a plastic glass, it's not a good sign. When the bathroom has floor tiles missing and holes in the plaster where something has been removed, but not repaired, (in a newly opened restaurant) it doesn't bode well for the kitchen conditions. Then the waitress says "It's not my fault. I'm new" instead of "I'm sorry. Would you like to speak to the manager", it's time to go back to Fiesta Azteca.

This was my first and last visit to the Sawdust Rd location. My son got either glass or hard plastic shards in his food. My carnitas enchiladas were over half white fat chunks. I told the waiter who thanked me for reporting it so he could tell the kitchen.(We had the evidence there for him to see.) Then we were charged the full amount! I sent an email to the corporate office and never heard a word from them. The manager never said a word. We were totally ignored after we complained. There are too many other good Mexican food places around to waste your time or money on this place.

My food was great, but we had to ask 4-5 times just for lemons. The drinks were wrong, and the queso was simply melted velveta mexican cheese. Two of the plates were really bad: one was sent back, and the other barely eaten. Ice cream machine was empty and not refilled for our free ice cream either. Our server was really nice, though, so he got a tip from me.
