At the Fall Fest at Terrell Elementary in Denison last week, the 3rd grade teachers created a Trunk-or-Treat replica of CJ’s. It was complete with the brick exterior, a menu, hot chocolate, a drive thru, a human frappuccino, and a tip jar. The crowd loved it, and they won first place in the Trunk-or-Treat contest! The tips earned during that event were donated by the teachers to the playground fundraiser at Terrell. The students, staff, and families at Terrell have been worki...ng to raise some extra funds to purchase equipment to add to their existing playground structures. Want to help them out? Very lucky to have a CJ’s so close to us. I have tried different drinks, food, desserts from here and I am never disappointed. The staff is awesome, anytime I go through the drive thru with the pups they get a treat also, it’s always win for everyone in the car!

The people here are always so friendly and helpful. I love the Honey Bee coffee it is amazing! Today I tried the lavender scone for the first time and OMG it is so delicious! This is hands down the best cafe in town for coffee and light meals.

Stopped and got a coffee this morning and as usual it was perfect! The staff is so friendly..it was pouring down and someone was still walking out to my car getting my order! I am so happy you guys are in Sherman now!!

One of mine and my family’s favorite places! Have always loved the one in Denison & was super excited that one opened in Sherman (and it’s right by my mom’s ��). Food is amazing, staff is friendly, and the Sherman location turned out GORGEOUS!!

Not only is everything on the menu amazing, the customer service is why I never go anywhere else! I come here every single day and have been doing this for over a year now! It’s my favorite place!

My mom, husband and I went for coffee yesterday and absolutely loved it!! The staff came to the car to take our order when there was a line and she was very friendly and helpful. I’m usually a Folgers girl when I drink coffee and my mom doesn’t live in Denison either so she normally get Starbucks everyday and we both could not get over how delicious it was and the best coffee we ever had!! My husband doesn’t drink coffee so he got a Hot chocolate and said it was very good. We were very happy with this place and I definitely miss living close by but we will come back every chance we get!

My husband and I love to eat here as often as we can. It is wonderful. Small town cozy place with delicious coffee or sandwiches and soup. They go above and beyond in their service...I think. I don't expect any place to be perfect, but this place takes the cake.

I normally go to Starbucks for my coffee but after hearing such wonderful things I decided to try the Travis st location. Never will I ever go back to Starbucks. Not only is the coffee a million times better here, but the staff is beyond amazing!! Thank you for making my morning so much better than it started!!

I love CJ's ! the food and coffee are both amazing. I would love both locations to be open on Sunday especially Denison! It would be amazing if Denison was open later as well so I can get my coffee craving after work too. =)

I have tried your house blend coffee, bullet proof coffee, and now you baked blueberry oatmeal. All I can say is YUMMY! So nice to have a local cafe that is better than your competitors!

How have you been in Dennison since 2010 and I’m just finding out about your place? This is the type of place I love to frequent. Small, quaint, family-friendly, & great customer service. The food is amazing and all made from scratch, not brought in by Sysco (which is a bonus) and the coffee drinks are excellent.

Great shop. Worth the stop. Super busy but friendly and fast. Excellent cappuccino and breakfast foods. Looks like a nice place to have lunch.

Excellent quality coffee! No need for cream and sugar with this delicious and locally roasted brew! Great food and both locations (Sherman & Denison) are staffed by people who care.



Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a local brew which is locally roasted. Great atmosphere with lots of good light, fresh flowers, and a hip vibe which promotes work and social engagements. :)

CJ’s was an amazing experience, and I will be back. On my first visit I had a Mocha Pro which was an excellent choice. I never thought of adding espresso to a protein shake, but it was brilliant. The food menu piqued my interest and I can’t wait to try it out, as well as more drinks. The guy at the window was extremely courteous as was the smiling young lady that brought my drink to the window. Every member of their team who passed the window as I was waiting either waved, smiled or both. What’s even better is what’s written on the bottom of their drink sleeves. “Recycle this sleeve for $.25 off.” Way to go, CJ’s.

Absolutely the best local coffee shop you will ever encounter. Staff are always friendly, the coffee is consistently delicious, and the food is quality. Great spot for breakfast and lunch or to sit down and read a good book whilst sipping a latte.
