We went in 3-17-18 and our service was a little slow but it was outstanding food as always!! Travel a hour just to eat here!! Thank you for the amazing food and service!
This is our new favorite, go-to-spot, when we are in Pampa! Terrific job preserving the nostalgia! We will be back soon!

The food and service was great. I loved the improved chili. Go in and try it, I promise you will love it too
The first time in my memory eating there was about 1955, while living in Pampa. I was a very young man then - but still remember how wonderful the coneys were then. My father would drop off my older brother and I there, give him a dollar. We would eat, then go to the theater (La Vista?) and watch triple feature westerns or horror flicks on a Saturday. From time to time, my cousins would meet us there. Great memories. That ONE dollar fed us, payed for the theater (with concessions), and sometimes brother would have some change leftover.
Omg where do I begin everything is so delicious! Love the stew and hot ham and cheese love everything Outstanding job you guys so proud of you all! Everyone go check it out I promise you won’t be disappointed!
My husband Allen & I eat a bowl of stew at the Coney nearly every Saturday & have for many years. They have chicken & dumplings one day a week, & if I happen to eat there on that day you can bet I’ll order that. It’s really good also. Allen eats lunch there with friends sometimes during the week also. Always liked going there, but I love going there now & I love the new management!
My great grandmother would take us to eat here when I was a little girl. Love this place!
I have such wonderful memories of this place from when I was a child in the '50's. The atmosphere, the smell of chili and the best hot dogs I've ever
ate in my life. I'm 67 now :)
I dont eat here very often. Mainly because it is out if sight out of mind. I love it. The food is great and the place is clean. The service was amazing, someone always asking if we were ok or needed refills or just making conversation. This place makes you feel at home while u are eating amazing comfort foods and making great friends.
I come into town just about every other weekend and I can truthfully say that I’ve eaten at this place yearly more times than I can count since I was a child. Every time I’m in Pampa (every other weekend) I eat here. And I’ll tell ya one thing, this place is A-1. I can’t get enough of it. Hell we even got my dad a shirt and hat for his birthday and since then he’s become a walking Coney Island Advertisement.
Have been eating here for over 50 years...5 generations of our family....every chance we get...the food hasn't changed that much. My favorite is the stew and pie...still have to add a Coney. It's like going home.
Had Coney for the first time in such a long time and it was wonderful!! Lots of meat in the chili!!
Good food and great service. They serve the best pecan pie in town.
A true staple in the fabric of Pampa. As a native Pampan, look forward to cheeseburger or coney every chance I get to come back to Pampa.
A staple in Pampa cuisine! The best bowl of chili and the best slice of pie West Texas has to offer! Seems a little under staffed, when we went on a busy Saturday afternoon, a single waitress cannot effectively take orders, put them out, top off drinks, and lay down receipts for an entire restaurant! Other than the little hectic service situation, love the pie and food!
Was a little disappointed the chili dogs were lukewarm. It might have been cause we were there right when they opened up. But the coconut pie was good.
Grew up on Coney's. Love there hams also but they changed to honey ham and does not!!!! make a good ham sandwich from the coney
Enjoyed eating there while in High School and on Saturdays, the group of high school guys who cleaned the Cabot Offices located in the Hughes Building, it was our favorite lunch break eatery. Elise and I would always get food from there whenever we visited Pampa and loved the chili, of which we would freeze and take back to Michigan with us. Haven't found a Coney Dog anywhere close to the great ones served at the Coney Island in Pampa, Texas.
Cafe is neat and clean & I like the cash register up front out of the way. Love the stew & corn bread.
