Very relaxing place to eat...not too crowded if you go during off peak times...food is delicious and prepared the way you like it...I had the tacos Reynosa today and mmmm...I should have requested a little more cilantro and lime but my mouth was too full to talk...Lol...June 20, 2017 11:00 am

The Country Omelette delivers consistently good food. That is an extremely important requirement in the restaurant industry...I have eaten at breakfast diners all across this nation, and I am convinced that their service is awesome and the product the customer receives is of great value for your dollar.

Service is always great and food is delicious at a great price!! Great place to carry a business conversation as it is not noisy.

Our food was mouth-watering! I wanted to lick my bowl but didn’t want to make a scene. The wait staff was friendly, courteous and attentive. We’ll definitely be back.

I arrived around 1:45 am with 10 alumni after our HS reunion. Service was friendly and quick. They brought out fresh menudo and eggs for the buffet just because. Servers were attentive. Thank you. I’ll be back.

First time there..Very good breakfast, waited on w/coffe right away .. waited about 20 min for food.. they were super busy but no complaints at all.. would go back there again to eat..

Country Omelette has been our favorite place to go have breakfast since we moved back to McAllen 8 years ago. My husband and I enjoy eating there because of the great food, friendly staff and tranquil environment. "It has become our spot where we go and relax" Thank you County Omelette for being part of our lifes"

Best breakfast and service in town! I've never had anything bad there but my favorite is the grilled cinnamon bun! It's our go to breakfast place and lunch is great there too.

Our Sunday after church lunch-- brunch place! Love club sandwich and veggie beef soup!!! Breakfast plates are great, really pretty much- it's all good. We see many friends here!

Food is overpriced but it is really good and hits the table fast. Not much to say on the service. I politely stacked the plates at the edge of the table and even then they weren't bussed. O well. We'll go back.

Walk in sat down, waited for 5 minutes before we got a menu. Got our drinks waited again for another while before getting my order in. I ordered the special waffle with one scramble egg and beacon. I've never thought they would put the egg on top of the waffle. I guess they don't have enough plats. First and last time. Never going back.

Got waited on in 5 m

Minutes got coffee and never saw the server again. People all around came in waited on and ordered. They even made me pay for the coffee which was fine. Lots of breakfast places to eat. This one is out!
