I had high hopes for Courtyard Cafe, but it didn't live up to the hype. The espresso was too bitter, and the pastries were stale. Not a place I'd recommend.

I don't quite understand the hype around Courtyard Cafe. The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It didn't live up to the expectations, in my opinion.

The coffee at Courtyard Cafe was a revelation! I couldn't get enough of their specialty brews, and the rustic charm of the 1320 Greenway Dr, Ste 140, Irving, Texas 75038 location provided the perfect setting for savoring every sip. I'll definitely be returning.

Courtyard Cafe at 1320 Greenway Dr, Ste 140, Irving, Texas 75038 is my coffee sanctuary. The ambiance is inviting, the flat white is perfection, and the staff goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. It's a place I can't recommend enough.

I had a less than stellar experience at Courtyard Cafe. The coffee at 1320 Greenway Dr, Ste 140, Irving, Texas 75038 was too bitter for my taste. I was hoping for a well-balanced coffee, but unfortunately, it leaned too heavily on the bitter side for my palate.

I had the pleasure of sipping on some coffee at Courtyard Cafe today. Nestled in 1320 Greenway Dr, Ste 140, Irving, Texas 75038, it's a quaint coffee joint with a chill vibe. The iced coffee I ordered was refreshing, and the staff were friendly. If you're in the area, give it a shot.
