When I got into Amarillo I was looking for something a little different for dinner. Yeah I know, there’s the big steak places. Not for me. Found this and thought “what the heck. I’ll give it a try.” If you like dive bars and places like that, you’ll love this place. Looks a little rough on the outside, inside isn’t any different. But, the staff and food was great! There’s a reason their website boast of the awards they’ve received.

Two retirees from Michigan just passing through Amarillo- desk clerk at our hotel recommended Coyote Bluff. We loved it! Great burgers, fries, onion rings, sautéed jalapeños. All prepared as requested and delicious. If we're ever driving through again we will definitely stop. Our server, Amy, was friendly and knowledgeable, helped to make the experience memorable!

This place will surprise you it doesn't look like much but don't judge a book by its cover I almost pasted on this place but I give it a chance and man was I glad I did! It was possible the best food I think I have had in some time

This place has some of the most amazing food I have ever had at any kind of burger joint. Definitely in my top 3 and there is no doubt I will be eating here again the next time I am in Amarillo!

The rustic, Vintage atmosphere is fantastic! I had a green chili cheeseburger and fries. Burger was great, fries were fantastic,! They have a whole bathtub full of ice cold beer and sodas. It is definitely in Amarillo destination.

Passing thru Amarillo on our way back to Ft. Worth after dropping our daughter off at college in Colorado Springs. Like to patronize local establishments and found this rated #1 on Trip Advisor. Fabulous food and great service. The burgers were enormous and the fries/onion rings cooked to perfection. Our only regret was not ordering the chili cheese fries! We'll definitely make Coyote Bluff Cafe a ritual stop on our road trips❤️

Passing through on vacation, found this place on Yelp. The building is a little rough but the food and service were over the top excellent! Had a basic cheeseburger which was outstanding and the fries are fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to try a steak here.

My family and I were in Amarillo on vacation. We had dinner at the Coyote Bluff Cafe and it was awesome! Great hospitality from the wait staff and the food was great. I suggest the cheese fries with red chili! My husband had the burger from hell and wasn't disappointed. We drove back the next morning to take a picture of the place. It was before they opened, but one of the waitresses, Amy was just coming into work. She was nice enough to take my family's picture in front of the restaurant. I would highly recommend the restaurant if you are in Amarillo.

If you find yourself in Amarillo and want an excellent burger, this is your stop. Great selection of 1/2 lb burgers. Meat quality is very fresh. Great fries. The green Chile verde was spicy but not overpowering. The staff was friendly and gave sound advice. We split a burger and it was plenty. If you’re going solo, be hungry. And, last but not least, cold beer. Made a couple from Fort Worth very happy.

First time visiting, and we weren't disappointed! We both ordered the ribeye, and they were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Don’t let the building fool you. Glad we stopped, the burgers are great. I had the mushroom swiss burger and onion rings. It was so big, I had to take half of it home. Husband had the old fashioned cheese burger and fries. Also very good! Fries appear to be fresh cut - thin, just the way I like them.

We came here because some fat guy on the airplane said it was good. I only gave it 4 stars because our waitress Brittany! Brittany! If that is really her name. She said when she brought our check that my co-worker was “number 1” on the check and I was “number 2”, which brought back painful memories from my childhood. � But my hamburger was fabulous and also there is a nice waitress named Victoria! Five stars! Also I’ve been drinking.

Yesterday, I took my husband here for his birthday. We each ordered the 12oz steak and an order of fries for my son. The fries were so burned my little boy wouldn't touch them. The steaks were almost $23.00 a piece and not worth $5.00. They both were thin and very fatty. They were tasteless as well. We spend $70.00 in there yesterday. But no worries. We won't be back. Next time we go out for steaks, we'll go somewhere $70.00 will get us a great steak and fries my little boy can eat. I'll be telling everyone I know not to waste their time or money with this place. They should be ashamed to even serve food like that!
