Dunkin' on 3085 College Park Dr, Suite A, Conroe, Texas 77384 was a quaint little spot with a lot of character. The coffee was good, not great, but the homemade muffins were divine. The place had a cozy, lived-in feel that made me want to sit and read for hours. The staff were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed with the orders. Dunkin' at 3085 College Park Dr, Suite A, Conroe, Texas 77384 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
