Worst customer service tonight at this store. I'm a regular customer. As usual, I requested to put my small coffee in a medium cup to avoid spill in my car as the lid of a small cup is not good. I do that every morning when I pick up my coffee from Dunkin. Tonight, the shift duty manager asked for extra $0.25 cent to put my small coffee ($1.89) in a medium cup instead of a small cup. BTW, a medium cup coffee is $1.99. That will make my small coffee's cost to $2.14. He argued and was telling me that Dunkin donut has changed their policy to cut cost, which is a lie, my son works part time and I know from him, that was a lie. I bought the coffee in the morning from the same store with same request with no additional cost.

Overcharged us multiple times, forgot our items, and way overly sassy Aunt Jemima working there. My father wanted a refill on his $2 small senior coffee and the lady poured him half a cup and told him to pay for the rest. The best thing we got out of our visits was a follow-up to what Aunt Jemima is up to these days.

Bad and stale donuts on a Sunday morning!!!

WORST customer experience from employee SOPHIA!!!!!! Ordered 3 bagels, 1 chicken biscuit, 2 hot chocolate, 3 French vanilla latte, 1 choc donut and a dozen munchkins. Kept me waiting by curb, Shavan(great employee)comes with my order which is missing 2 hot chocolates at this point. He goes back and realizes that machine is rinsing so it will take time. he is super polite and we do get Hot chocs eventually. Didn't mind the wait given he was nice and apologetic. After reaching home , saw that they missed donuts altogether. Called the store, spoke to Annie and she offers to fulfill the order when I come in next. Just ask for her. Stopped by next day and my bad luck that Sophia was at the register. Her tone is rude and keeps asking for previous day receipt per her training . I told her I didn't have it handy and Annie didn't tell me to bring one either. Another drive thru employee comes and just tells her to fulfill the order. I am going out of the store and Sophia is literally complaining about me and the receipt loudly to another customer and employees. I turn around and told her that I will submit a complaint. She says" yes call whoever you want". Shavan is the only saving point and earned the star in this review . He recognizes me from previous day and tries to calm the situation. I wrote his name down for kudos and asked him to provide Sophia's full name. He turns around and asks her who YELLS at him " YOU SHUT UP, I AM FOLLOWING MY TRAINING" in front of other customers including kids. I am sure abusing her peers is not in the training.Unfortunately his professionalism is overwritten by Sophia's unacceptable conduct. NOT GOING BACK!!!!!!

Love their coffee and bagels. Staff are friendly and hard working. Give a Military discount which other coffee places don't.

Was treated horribly by one of their employees. Absolutely no customer service. I ordered a black coffee and a premium breakfast sandwich. Also ordered bottle water. Charged me, then told me they were out of water. Ok fine, refunded my water. Then was given the wrong breakfast sandwich (a less expensive one) and coffee with cream and sugar. Went inside (was in drive through) and explained what happened. Was told by one of the employees "Don't you come up in here with an attitude. I don't need any of that today." I asked for her name, she refused to give it to me and continued to mouth. I didn't trust her remaking anything without it being altered so I left. Never coming back, but hey, it's a big corporate company so why would they care?

Me and my daughter go in this morning for some doughnuts and a few other things... They have it set up where you give your order, pay, then another person grabs your doughnuts.

So as I am telling them what doughnuts I want, i choose apple fritters, as I have a million times, but this time the lady days " sorry, these are an upcharge"... The young man immediately tells her just give them to him and they immediately start going back and forth in a different language. Finally she grabs them but not without telling me again that they are supposed to be an " upcharge"... So, I then tell her ok, give me an eclair, she then gets this smile on her face and tells me, " sorry, this one is an upcharge too"...

I have no problem paying extra for something, but if that is the case, put a sign, charge me after I select my doughnuts, just do something to let the customer know that these " upcharge" doughnuts don't qualify for the assorted dozen price.

just ok. Nothing spectacular, although I was concerned about the cleanliness. Not clinically clean, but nothing 1 minute with a wet rag & brush would take care of. In general, I am not a fan of DD donuts, but they do at a pinch if I have a hankering.

I love dunkin donuts but this one has horrible customer service plus all of the employees are rude and careless

I love Dunkin, but this Dunkin could use some help. I have been coming here off and on for a few years and it is always dirty and the staff very rude or uninterested on the occasions I have visited.

Great location that's easy to access and well maintained. I love the kolaches and hash browns while the kiddos love the donut holes. There is something for everyone. Great service as well.
