Way better than Shipley’s, that person must have stock in Shipley’s, the coffee here is far Superb to Starbucks, but the staff here is slow and does not understand customer service if they had better staff I would give this five stars

I hate coming to a place that has bad customer service(Ann r) this was my first time coming to a dunkin' Dounts and the fact that it stays open 24/7 was the reason we came here. The cashier just came up to the register and just looked at us i told her it was our first time here and she just looked at us with this blank look on her face and did not say a word to us which was very rude. The food good but I will not be coming back I don't like rude ppl.

Love this Dunkin location!! The employees are always SO polite and kind. Coffee is an art to me, and they never let me down!!

Food was great but the service was not! I understand that it had probably been a long morning but the employees behind the counter had the enthusiasm of a wet sponge! Good rule of thumb for any job: when taking care of custeromers, smile#

Hate that I love this place, thought I could avoid coming cause their lines are so long, but now they have this app that makes it awesome cause there is no waiting!!

Awesome hardworking folks ER&EC helping me and a heavy crowd of hungry folks with a very good attitude and great customer service skills would definitely recommend this place and come back again no wonder still open 24 hours seven days a week they must come and see and eat

was here last night and the service was horrible. I love food and i normally don't have no complaints what so ever but last night around 11:00PM i made a pit stop here. spent over $25.00 to get really bad service and to have the receipt dropped on the counted by a woman who shouldn't even be working in this kind of place. if she has that bad of temper. Talked to the MOD only to find out she couldn't do anything.

Never again! Enter this place at your own risk, I called them out for treating me so bad and the other customers that walked in, were looking at me like i was crazy.

Thanks for the horrible service you provided and making me realize to boycott this location. Don't even think you people deserve a one star.

I like that you can walk in and sit down in this location 24 hours a day. It's not the cleanest place to have coffee but it's 1 of the only dunkin donuts in town. Friendly staff and if I'm not mistaken it's family owned and operated.

When the donuts are fresh it's pretty good but you can tell when they have just been sitting there for hours.

Amazing food taste. Deliciousness at its finest. Great variety of donuts and croissants. Great variety of coffee and drinks. Awesome customer service. Very clean and quick to order. Neat overall. and I LOVE their fluffy donuts and frappes. No other donut shop can compare.
