The bagels are good, but the customer service is horrible. i never get a nice person. & i don’t even go when it’s busy!!!!! i always get ppl who look like they don’t want to be there. Today i tried Panera breads bagels & not only do they taste better but the ppl are so much nicer!

Tasted ok. Egg was coated in pepper for some reason. Bagel was small.
Coffee was alright.
My first time trying this place...but for what I received, I sure don't feel like it was worth $10!!

First time going and was surprised with how big the place actually was. It’s such a cute shop! It’s a bit overwhelming for new people but I lucked out and ordered something great.

Slow / Awkward service. They often have long lines and run out of important items like coffee. I usually order the veggie & hummus bagel but the veggies are usually cut sloppily and too thick. I go here occasionally and I'm never really impressed.

Wanna have some good bagel sandwiches and coffee, this is the place to have some. The food is always yummy...

If you enjoy a good bagel then Einstein Bros. Bagels is a great place to go. I like the everything bagel a lot and have a hard time not getting it every time. My two favorite shmears are garden vegetable and smoked salmon.

The service here is a little chaotic at time considering that I am usually here between 6 and 7 AM. There is not a lot of traffic yet, so I do not know why it like that.

We come in regularly, around 1 for late breakfast and there's generally no wait. Staff is always friendly and food is always fast and fresh. If you don't drink soda or coffee, the drink choices are limited but that's a given. The tea is not presweetened, if you're Texan you know that matters lol.

Good food and friendly staff as I've come to expect from Einstein. Loved the open layout of this location and their outdoor patio. The location is difficult to see from MacArthur as it's in the strip behind the street front businesses.

I always preorder and my box of bagels is always ready and waiting for me. Everyone who eats them is impressed with the quality.

Good service, clean, and decently quick, even when busy. No complaints at all.

I like the variety of bagels available here. My favorite is Spinach Florentine.
