The service is slow.
This Einstein's is located in the basement of the Cox School of Business, which is why the address would take you to a parking lot, I suppose. It is a favorite of students, but as such gets several very busy periods throughout the day at peak times between classes. It still offers a full menu, and even at peak hours the longest I've had to wait was 15 minutes (for a sandwich and soup, not a regular bagel).
If you do want to find it, the easiest way would be to go down the set of stairs that is at the opening of the "U" of business school buildings, directly off Bishop Boulevard. Definitely no drive-thru, though!
Einstein Bros. Bagels left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It was a forgettable experience that didn't live up to the hype.
Unfortunately, my recent visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels left me underwhelmed. The coffee was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It lacked the charm I look for in a coffee shop. I hope they work on improving the quality and warmth of their service.
