This Einstein's is located in the basement of the Cox School of Business, which is why the address would take you to a parking lot, I suppose. It is a favorite of students, but as such gets several very busy periods throughout the day at peak times between classes. It still offers a full menu, and even at peak hours the longest I've had to wait was 15 minutes (for a sandwich and soup, not a regular bagel).
If you do want to find it, the easiest way would be to go down the set of stairs that is at the opening of the "U" of business school buildings, directly off Bishop Boulevard. Definitely no drive-thru, though!

I was disappointed with my visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels. The latte was too weak, and the service was indifferent. They need to step up their game if they want to keep customers.

Einstein Bros. Bagels – where have you been all my life? Nestled in the heart of 3300 Dyer Street Suite 101, Cox School of Business, Dallas, TX 75275, USA, this little gem served up a caramel latte that was like heaven in a cup. The barista was an absolute wizard, and the whole place had this cool, artsy vibe. I'll be back for sure.

The experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels was a whirlwind of flavors. The cold brew was bold and invigorating, but the pastry selection was limited. It had its ups and downs, but I'll be back for the coffee.
