Bagel great... Customer service awful... order wrong.. indian lady, Camelia, could not get my order correct due to language barrier.. so black girl came up to help her with my order... Camelia told her to shutup... Awful.. not a team player...

Super friendly staff. Very patient with me as Well. I love schmear too. The only cream cheese I'll eat.

Witnessed an employee tear open a bag of coffee with her teeth. The only reason I'm not deducting a star from this disgusting act is because their bagels are amazing. Seriously, scissors, anyone?

Never have what I want. No pumpernickel, no everything, and how can a bagel shop run out of plain bagels? Kroger is better.

The bagels are amazing. This particular location gets very busy especially on the weekend in the early morning. You will be standing in line 9/10 times. With that comes a lot of noise. I would never sit to eat in this location, even if it's dead when you come in. It gets busy that fast. -1 star for this reason. I will always recommend Einstein bagels though!

Great food. Tons of choices. Friendly staff. A little pricey but its good quality and always made and baked fresh within hours of your ordering.

I expect to go to a bagel place that has a good selection of bagels. That not the case with this shop. If i wanted some obscure type of bagel then fine but I prefer the usual bagels I am used to in my years of living and working on the East Coast. I prefer plain, onion, sesame seed, and especially everything bagels like most customers.. Imagine my disappointment seeking them for lunch. None at noon! lunch time!

How can a bagel place be lacking traditional bagels during lunch? I asked if they would make some. Nope. They close in a few hours, I was told, so they don't have all their bagels. My desire to have what I want was unsatisfied. I tried again in the early hours figuring they would certainly have my selection. Nope. None ready at opening. They were cooking and I would have to wait. I haven't been back since.

I give 2 stars only because some of the staff are very nice people. The Saturday morning crew are very slow I waited 25min for 2 bagels. Iv seen roaches in the women's bathroom and if seen a roach crawling on the wall by the sink behind the cash register when i was waiting for my food at that point I was done and if NEVER been back.

These people really bring a great bagel. Many choices, and quick to get. Cinnamon raisin, sesame, blueberry, are all that I've chosen yet, but I'll be back!

The staff is great and very friendly. I go there so very often that they know my order before I get up to the front of the line. The bagels are always fresh. The cream cheese is excellent. I get the nova lox and it is always great.

Sorry I don't usually write negative comments, but How can a bagel place at 11:30 have 90% of he bins empty and only trash bagels left.
My daughter is a sleep and was craving a box of bagels and smear.

One of the best einstein locations in the DFW area. It does get really busy in the morning (what einsteins doesn't) but the staff makes coming to this location worth this. I am always greeted as I enter and my order always comes out quickly.
