The cashier Erecka (I believe that's how she spells it) had the most amazing energy. I couldn't see her when I walked in because of the line but I could hear her helping everyone infront of me. I immediately felt happy because she was so happy. I made sure to tell her that when I got to the front of the line. Service was very quick and the bagel & coffee were DELICIOUS. Every single employee working there was in such a good mood and that truly made the whole experience wonderful. I have never felt so much joy sitting in a restaurant just because the employees were so happy. I will always eat here when visiting ATL and I will always recommend it to others. Thank y'all for the amazing service.
Great food, love the cinnamon bread... A little mess near our table, couple of napkins on the floor, but everything was ok. The cashier treated us very good and the employees were in a good mood... this the second time I visit this place... regards from monterrey, Mexico :)
Excellent service older stores look like they're only a few weeks old with cleanliness in detail . Facebook tables together for us all five grandchildren and many associates and cousins and parents could set . My Georgia force has a hard time with that P any sandwich as in pronouncing it but this Georgia mass had no problem devouring it . Highly recommended and truste I have been behind the scenes helping them was servicing equipment . And what you see in the front of the store goes all the way through the store . Pardon this Android dictation I'm steins is pure genius .
Yum yum good....a little egg whites, some asparagus ...a fat bagel...yum yum good, come in to GainesvilleGa....I drive all the way to Atlanta..sooo yum yum is the review for you..
We go to the one in Fern Park, Fl. at least 3 times a week. Staff is great! There are people who leave a mess on their table when they leave but staff get's to it as soon as they can. We have also visited other Einstein stores and found them to be good also.
Ordered toasted and it was cold when I got it. Also, prepared very skimpy. Nothing like pictures on board. Waited a long time. Probably reason it was cold. Very disappointing for the price.
Used to be one of my favorite places. No more. SIX people behind the counter found a whole lot of nothing and filthy bathrooms. If you're going to charge $5 for an egg on a bagel that costs 50 cents to make you need to fire that useless staff and clean the place.
This place has great bagels and great coffee, but if you have the option to go to another store, you should! Ninety percent of the employees at this Hammond Drive store are in bad moods to the point of being rude. When I asked the cashier what kind of coffee drinks they offered she pointed to the menu and said "they're right up there." when I explained that I couldn't see that far away due to my eyesight she apologized, but still, she came off as rude and so did the other cashier. I'm very disappointed in the service both drive-thru and walk-in.
The last two times I've been here my order was half wrong. They never give me the smear I request. Not sure why they even ask. I ask purchased 3 of the new smearfuls. They were cold with somewhat frozen smear inside. Not what I was expecting at all. Not sure if it's worth my time anymore.
My third trip to this location, second time they have messed up my order. Today my black coffee had sugar and cream, not what I ordered. And to get a refund I have to drive back.
I’ve never seen a more miserable working staff. Every single employee looks and interacts with customers as if they are having the worst day of their lives. The tables are dirty and no one assigned to clean them. The bagels were barely cooked and then barely toasted. For the price, the amount of cream cheese was lacking. Egg shells in the eggs. Disappointing.
Food is ok at best. Stopped here b/c it was a convenient between my hotel and work.
Absolutely need a number system when dealing with 30+ customers in short period to many name mix ups and waited 30 minutes after we were looked over also they had a microwave down and just need a better organizational system very Leary of trying again...... And there was no apology or compensation for the chaos
Went here. Will never go back. Over $5.00 for a simple bagel and small cup of coffee. First of all, all empty tables were dirty. No one to clean them. Had to clean myself, yuk. When bagel came, barely any cream cheese and cut where 1 side was about 1/4" and other side was over an inch. It had zero taste. Coffee was supposed to be mid blend and tasted like vanilla, yuk again. Never did I see anyone come to clean anything up while eating there. Pretty nasty for that. They've lost my business permanently. And at over 5$ for that mess, forget it. I also did see a few employees sitting down and eating while I was there also. So I guess the breaks are more important than customer service.
The new "music" at the Einstein's on Hammond & Peachtree-Dunwoody has, by corporate edict, made the volumn so loud you can't have a conversation. And the selection is very Folksy, like from the past. Have to think about a different place for Sunday bagels after coming here for years. Thank you corporations! Have your board come and endure this!!
So unprofessional...horrible customer service and what happened to TJ?? He was the best worker you guys had in there!!
I usually love Einstein's, but today I got home and realized I was missing a bagel that I had paid for. The service was friendly and everything I actually received was yummy, but nothing really makes up for missing bagels.
I really like the actual bagels at Einstein's but the service is the worst in the restaurant industry. As I was sitting in the line for 20 minutes, my husband called and asked what I was ordering. I told him a cinnamon & sugar bagel. He laughed and said I would get a bagel with eggs. That is exactly what happened. My bad for not checking but its disappointing to wait in line for 20 minutes for them to get a simple bagel and cream cheese order wrong.
Haven't eaten here before but it was a poor excuse for a bagel. Whoever made that recipe needs to rethink what they are doing. Frozen grocery bagels taste better
