Rude staff and management. They have great bagels, but I am not going back since they don't seem to appreciate their customers.

Kind of small inside, but it was clean. There is some good outdoor seating.

Bad location to visit. Abrasive, rude and smileless staff. Here are recent improvements:
Spent ton of money to relocate tables and shelves around making the seating place worse than ever. They have removed the sampler coffee cups. The new cashier this morning was absolutely from a different world and should be fired !
I had to repeat the order twice and instead of repeating back to to me and ask for anything else, she kept staring at me. I have been a regular at this location for years, but today was last time. Actually hoping to find an alternate brand. Service down, prices up !
These people are too arrogant !

Staff is very friendly and remembers your name. Absolutely best coffee and bagels with cream cheese!

They messed up our order. We ordered 3 bagels. Out of which they gave one without schmear( asked jalapeño schmear), the other one without eggs(ordered 2 eggs) .

Fantastic bagels and coffee. Staff are usually very friendly, even when it's busy. Once they gave us the wrong bagel which we didn't know until we got back home. We went back and the manager gave us a coupon for 6 free bagels! Customer service :)
