One of my favorite places to eat some Tex-Mex! Located at the Golden Triangle Mall, they are one of the best places. Service is very good and personal. Decor is nothing to write home about, but who cares. The food is great! Ready for you quickly. Wouldn't pass up the opportunity to dine here.

Expensive for the mediocre food and service. 90's pop rock background music was awful. Fajitas were obviously re-heated and tortillas somewhat stale. The Margaritas were overly sweet. Run down depressing atmosphere rounded things off. The only bright spot was the tasty tortilla soup. For the price there are so many better choices to make. Do yourself a favor and if you hungry at the mall go ahead leave to find a better place to eat.

You can fall down in Denton and land on a good Mexican Food joint, unless it's this one

Wow, El Chico Cafe in 2201 S Interstate 35 E, Denton, TX 76205, USA is the bomb! I mean, seriously, I've never had coffee this good. I tried their vanilla latte, and it was like a warm, sweet hug for my taste buds. The atmosphere is super chill, too. It's the kind of place where you can plop down on a comfy couch, sip your coffee, and pretend you're in your own little coffee oasis. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
