Boba at the Plano location is very hit or miss. Most of the time the boba has soaked way too long and tastes gross. I've called in before but they never changed it. I recommend the Dallas location!

Awesome experience. Eddy helped me out and was kind enough to show the products and certain milk teas brews which are gelatin free. 5 stars for the taste ambiance. Eddy is my Man!

Amazing staff, but half of the drinks we ordered were watered down. Might come again just because of how nice he staff was. Hoping it was just an off day for the product

Love it here. Very friendly, great drinks and spacious enough to bring laptop and books to study

This place is great. I love the tea and bubbles! Also the staff is stellar. There is one employee in particular who will always make our day, I haven't seen him in a while but he would always give excellent customer service!

Didn't have the popping boba option. Infusions were very dilute. Would recommend milk tea. They did give me a new tea for a different one but it was still dilute. One worker seemed really grumpy.

I love fat straws. I've been coming here for years. They have excellent service and staff and wonderful beverages. I usually get things with less sugar because there's quite a bit of sugar and all of the drinks. Besides that everything tastes delicious and the environment is very clean.

Love their bubble tea! The best I've had, but their customer service at this location has been lacking. The one on Alpha is always friendly.

Delicious bubble tea/smothie. Plus. The bathrooms were SUPER clean. Like really really clean.

The customer service is great. The Avocado smoothie with bubbles is amazing. Beat place ever!
