Jackie was really patient and friendly. I was gonna get two small cupcakes because I was on a budget and she told me about the special of the day. $2 large cupcakes. So I got 1 large and a cheesecake. Great time here

I'm NOT a sugar fan i.e. I do not have a "sweet tooth" AT ALL but the company I worked for ordered this in October, 2016 and I actually tried it because of the appearance - looked like clouds on a mini cake - well to my surprise, I truly enjoyed these tasty cupcakes and would honestly order more if I had a special event that I was planning for. Bread was moist and not dry; thank goodness and the purple yumminess was delightful! Would definitely return!

I love Gigi's cupcakes. The Wedding cake and Strawberry shortcake cupcakes are to die for. Get the regular size cupcakes, so much more to love and enjoy. The manager helped me today and was super friendly. I recommend Gigi's to everyone. THE BEST CUPCAKES anywhere!

I had Gigis for the first time last week thanks to my awesome boss! Since then I've been hooked.. the cupcakes are soooooooooo moist from the top to the bottom you'll enjoy every bite �! I'll definitely be a regular now.

We went to pick up our groupon order today. The lady behind the counter was very rude and not friendly. She needs to be trained on customer services. I used to swear by Gigi's cupcakes but I will never go to this location ever again. This location is TERRIBLE!!! The management is awful and frankly very rude.

The Post Oak location has terrible customer service. We've stopped by the Post Oak location several times when their website says they are open, with today being the latest, and they are closed with no sign on the door to say that they are closed. Unfortunately, we have a coupon that expires today and would have liked to have used it. I won't be buying anything from this location again and probably any other Gigi's location.
