The coconut cream pie is on point. The sweet potato bread pudding with rum sauce is the best thing that'll ever happen to your mouth, with the exception of your first kiss. I have yet to try lunch there, as I'm so easily distracted the masterfully crafted confections. I'll be back, often, so I'm sure I'll order lunch eventually.

Stopped in here for the first time this morning and I can guarantee it won't be the last. Biscuits and gravy, sausage made in-house and jalapeno bacon - all fantastic. Took home a few baked goods and can't wait to try them. This will be one of our favorite outing spots from today on!

So good. Everything I have ever had has been fantastic!!! I don't particularly like kale but I CRAVE the kale and sweet potato salad. All of the pastries are amazing cinnamon rolls, blueberry scones, granola, peanut butter chocolate cookies I could go on!! Love � this place. So glad to have this little jewel here in amarillo.

My first choice when going out to eat, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is so pleasant, the employees are very sweet and helpful, and did I say how great the food is! By far my favorite!

It's not hard to Love Girasol bakery. (Means 🌻 sunflower) Traveling from Dallas to Santa Fe we found this great spot. Wonderful fresh breakfast for the whole family including picky eaters. Service was fantastic and the staff were happy baking and cooking behind the counter which shows in the food. Highly recommend for breakfast/ lunch.

I've been here half a dozen times by now and have had wonderful delicious food every time. I don't remember it ever taking longer than an average amount of time to receive it. I have never encountered any employee that wasn't absolutely friendly and cheerful. The quality absolutely impresses me. It is so hard in this day and age to find people that don't cut Corners when they make things and this place uses real quality ingredients so that every bite you take is absolute deliciousness. I try not to eat too many pastries but I don't succeed in this place because every one of their pastries is so wonderful. Even the peanut butter cookie which I thought would just be average was out of this world good. I especially appreciate the real butter and real whipped cream they use. Believe me, you can taste the difference. The chocolate frosting was so rich I took part of it off and ate it the next day by dipping some cookies in it. It made store bought cookies taste wonderful. If I've had any problem with them at all it's that they stop serving breakfast fairly early and I'm not a morning person so I've been going just about every Saturday when they serve their breakfast foods all day. Bravo on a top-notch job ladies!

I try to make it in to Girasol at least once a week for lunch as it is so close to my job. I like that they rotate the menu out to coincide with the season. Probably my favorite lunch item has been the hula sandwich. My husband and I also go there regularly for brunch on Saturdays. I try to go as healthy as possible for brunch, so I usually either get the yogurt bowl or the multi-grain pancakes. My husband got the Priscilla once before, which is a stuffed French toast. I had a couple of bites and it was out of this world delicious! I love the overall feel of the place and it definitely has a Santa Fe vibe to it. The ladies are sweet and hardworking as well. If you haven't been, you are definitely missing out!

I love the beriox! There the best I've ever had! The coconut pie is from heaven. No one in my house likes coconut so i can get my fix at Girasol. The people who run this wonderful place are very friendly every time we go in! I love them.

I have never had a meal here that wasn’t outstanding. It is always such a treat to take food from here to meetings. I don’t come here often enough.

I finally tried Girasol about two weeks ago and was impressed before I even ordered. The owners remodeled the entire space and they did an incredible job of making it into a quaint cafe.

Their baked goods in the cute display case made me reconsider even ordering lunch and just opting for a smorgasbord of sweets instead. Luckily, I decided to be a mature adult and order actual lunch. Out of everything I've had so far, The Refresh is my absolute favorite. I've thought about it pretty much 24/7 since I tasted it. There are not many people on this earth that know how to prepare tofu. Girasol is the Land of Tofu Perfection.



They are kind to their customers and extremely accommodating. They know how to run a business, for sure. I'm only slightly embarrassed that I've visited the cafe four times in the past seven days. Hopefully they see that as a compliment and don't regard me as the crazy person who never eats anywhere else.



And, in conclusion, get the PB&H. It makes life worth living.

Please be aware that if you order something with green chili, it IS going to be spicy. If you're a weenie, you should order something else. There are PLENTY of amazing options.

Had a fun lunch today with a friend. We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. I am still thinking about the sweet potato and kale salad I had with my Aloha sandwich. I will be trying this place again for sure.

Great atmosphere, delicious food. Everyone in the restaurant seemed truly happy to be there, and that is what makes a meal great. The French toast was fabulous, and the Santa Fe Style Bennie's were delicious, even though my Santa Fe palate would have liked more green chiles. While we were waiting for our meal, we shared a blueberry scone, and a conversation with the couple at the table next to us. Both were delightful. Many thanks to the cheerful, friendly staff... We will be back!

Found this hidden gem through Google maps. Cute little cafe and bakery. I tried the French toast with jalapeno bacon. It was delicious and very filling! The jalapeno bacon has a bite to it as I expected. The coffee is good. The baked goods look wonderful, I took a Love bar to go (I'm sure it's very yummy, too). I'll definitely have to come back to try some of the other pastries and food! Sweet place, but you'd never find it if you didn't know it was there.

Their scones are the best I've. Had in any bakery, and brunch is wonderful. So nice to have a from scratch restaurant . My husbands brisket with roasted vegetables made him want to come back again! Love this place!!

First time patron and found the French toast good I love brioche so was really excited to try it. Will go there again when I am in Amarillo. It’s easy to find and has friendly people.
