I'm sorry to say that Gran Cafe De La Parroquia left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the prices seemed a bit steep for what was offered. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Gran Cafe De La Parroquia at 1300 S Cage Blvd, Pharr, Texas 78577. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.

So, I stumbled upon Gran Cafe De La Parroquia in 1300 S Cage Blvd, Pharr, Texas 78577, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
